What we leave behind

In What we leave behind, Ivgi&Greben traces the marks we leave behind and the echoes of the past that continue to reverberate within us. Six dancers move between looking forward and looking back, in a continuous dialogue between present and past, art and life.
At the heart of the piece stands a colourful structure made of paint, built from the legacy of painter Ruven Levav, which transforms into a shelter and a source of new imagination. From this place, personal actions and painterly tableaux unfold, full of profound emotions and subtle connections. A compelling dance performance about legacy, belonging and the capacity for transformation — about what we carry with us, what we leave behind, and how nothing ever fully disappears.
