€23,590 raised for Not Yet — thank you to everyone who moved with us

On Tuesday 21 April, friends, colleagues and audiences came together at Stadsschouwburg De Harmonie in Leeuwarden for a very special evening: the benefit gala Ivgi&Greben and Friends. It was a night we won’t soon forget.
Through the gala, the auction and the crowdfunding campaign Beweeg ons naar Oerol (Move us to Oerol) via Voordekunst, we raised a total of €23,590 for our new site-specific production Not Yet — which premieres on 13 June 2026 at Oerol festival on the island of Terschelling.
The crowdfunding campaign raised €15,390, surpassing its target of €15,000, in part thanks to match funding from Cultuurfonds Fryslân. Ticket sales and the auction on the night brought in an additional €8,200.
On stage that evening, Ivgi&Greben were joined by Opera Spanga, Meeuw Jonge Theatermakers, Jeugd Dansopleiding Fryslân, Leefmeesters, Tryater, Poetic Disasters Club and young talents Roos and Maja. From dance education to professional performance — the full breadth of the dance ecosystem was visible and tangible. Hosted by Foppe van der Veen, the programme included excerpts from Enter, an aria from Der Rosenkavalier, and an auction featuring highlights such as a stay on Terschelling during Oerol.
